Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the mistake. You may be eligible for an exchange. To qualify, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving the incorrect product. To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, a clear photo of the received product, and a description of the error.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the incorrect product, if necessary.

Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- The request for an exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the incorrect product.
- The provided photo and description must clearly demonstrate that the wrong product was delivered.

No Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted. However, if you need to make adjustments to your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing the order. Please note that refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
